Budoucí scénáře českého projektového řízení

Abstract

V oblasti projektového řízení dochází k posunu formálního pojetí projektového řízení směrem ke komplexnímu přístupu. Původní inženýrská disciplína se transformuje do pracovního prostředí firem. Samotné projektové řízení v sobě zahrnuje i mnoho jiných manažerských disciplin. Prezentovaný příspěvek se zabývá definicí, analýzou a následným testováním potenciálních trendů a scénářů českého projektového řízení a to na základě rozsáhlého empirického výzkumu. Sumarizuje výsledky získaných informací a charakteristik z českých výrobních firem na základě průzkumu. Největší důraz je kladen na trendy projektového řízení v podmínkách české tržní ekonomiky. Je možno sumarizovat tyto trendy do tří typů projektového řízení. Tyto typy je možno exaktně charakterizovat prostřednictvím kritických faktorů úspěchu založených na principu normativního přístupu popsaného v ISO 900:2000.

In the project management area comes to the advance from the informal project management towards the complex access. The origin engineering discipline is transforming into the working organizational environment. The very project management integrates lots of other managerial disciplines. The presented paper deals with the definition, analyze and consequent testing of potential trends and scenarios of Czech project management on the base of the extensive research. It generalizes the experiences from the successive getting of information and characteristics of Czech enterprises management including the results of own survey. The essential is the enouncement of the project management trends in the conditions of Czech market economy. It is possible to summarize these trends into three types of project management. These types are possible to exactly characterize through the critical success factors based on the principles of normative access described in ISO 9000:2000.
