| Abstract: | The paper tackles the issue of accessible communication in cultural institutions, especially museums and galleries, presenting it as a key component of an inclusive approach to visitors. Based on qualitative research conducted among seniors and people with sensory disabilities, it highlights the most common barriers in the online environment, ranging from missing alternative texts to illegible contrasts and unclear information about admission fees. The text provides specific recommendations on how these barriers can be removed and how accessibility needs to be understood not only as a technical necessity, but rather as part of the institution’s value communication. Accessible communication is not seen only as a tool for people with disabilities, but as a principle that facilitates orientation and improves user experience for all visitors. |
