Abstract:	In this contribution the web-based portal for healthcare electronic communication is discussed. Authors offer a system design, which reflect a trustworthiness and reliability. The paper deals with system design from the perspective of physicians and offers functional analysis, which is proposed by system design. The construction itself is derived from requirements, which were gathered by literature review. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.
