Abstract: | Poly(vinyl alcohol) and lactic acid were used for preparation of a new biodegradable polymeric films with antibacterial activity agains some pathogenic bacterial species. Beside testing of bioactivity, the samples were characterized by using of tensile tests, DSC and FTIR-ATR. The optimal concentration of modifier was determined from the antibacterial effect point of view. | ||||||||||
