| Abstrakt: | This study investigates the role of mindfulness in transforming eco-HR practices into innovative behaviour in Vietnam’s hospitality industry. Drawing on Social Cognitive Theory, the SECI model, and organisational learning theory, we analyse survey data from 264 hotel employees using PLS-SEM. Results show that Green Training (GT) and Green Performance Management (GPM) significantly influence mindfulness, which in turn facilitates both implicit and explicit knowledge sharing. These knowledge-sharing processes, especially when mediated by mindfulness, drive innovative behaviour. The findings highlight mindfulness as a cognitive amplifier in the HRM–innovation nexus and underscore the importance of integrating reflective and performance-oriented green HR practices for sustainable competitiveness in service firms. | ||||||||||
