dc.description.abstract Innovation leadership plays an essential role in the organization's success through team and employee performance. Most companies seek to build success in their organizations with new ideas and solutions. Organizations that best practice recommendations for managers to become innovation leaders will cultivate company and employee performance outcomes. This study reviews outstanding journal articles and other relevant publications obtained from Scopus and Web of Science databases. The literature review guides further studies about innovation leadership and employee performance, especially in the aviation industry. We conduct this review using keywords innovation leadership, team innovation, and employee performance. en
