dc.description.abstract The paper analyses the setting of ethical management policy and CSR in public institutions in the Czech Republic. The aim of the presented research was to find to which extent this policy is implemented by these institutions. The authors are based on the generally accepted theory of ethics management (Integrity management), which is currently a progressively used corporate governance instrument. This element of management examines the level of implementation in the most important public institutions in the Czech Republic, especially at the offices of Czech ministries, regional offices, offices of statutory cities of the Czech Republic and state-owned enterprises. Apart from the theoretical sources, the authors draw on their own questionnaire electronic survey conducted at the turn of 2017/2018. Research has examined the extent of implementation of external and internal ethical tools. The contribution then presents the current state of ethical management in public institutions of the Czech Republic, especially analyes problems and risks in the implementation of ethical tools. Finally, the authors come up with their own proposals to deepen the successful implementation of ethics in this area in public institutions for the future. en
