dc.description.abstract Clusters' internationalization is essential to their activity or even their very existence. The level of those activities then has a decisive influence on the competitiveness of clusters' companies, and it is a showcase of cluster organization managers' ability to coordinate and administer those activities. The aim of this paper is to propose and implement a tool for evaluating the level of internationalization activities of cluster organizations and assess the influence of the individual factors such as structural, personal and strategic characteristics of the cluster organizations on the level of their internationalization activities. The evaluation and identification of the factors follows from the study of secondary literature and primary data collected during the survey of cluster organizations in the Czech Republic. From the managerial point of view, the proposed tool for evaluating the level of internationalization activities and identified significant factors influencing this level may be applied as a means for management and measuring the performance of cluster organizations and efficient use of public support. © Vilnius University, 2002-2015 © Brno University of Technology, 2002-2015 © University of Latvia, 2002-2015. en
