dc.description.abstract This paper is aimed at research of the activity of the Czech enterprises that are mainly active in agriculture, forestry and aquaculture in drawing of the structural funds of the European Union in current programming period 2007-2013. The activity was evaluated by using database of the Centre for Regional Development which contains attributes of approved projects from beginning of the programming period until April 2011. Apart from existing selected new attributes pertaining to applicant and place of realization were added. After selecting the agriculture related enterprises according to their NACE classification each project was analysed in terms of used operational program, detailed NACE categorization, thematic focus and amount of support from the EU, national public and private sources. This analysis confirmed that there are areas of activity of the enterprises that are support from the structural funds and these are especially related to the business environment development and the water management. The expectation of strong connection especially to the Operational Program Environment was confirmed in term of both monetary allocation and number of realized projects. The spatial analysis proved that the largest amount of support is directed to southern border regions of the Czech Republic. en
