dc.description.abstract Today, Knowledge Management is one of the most frequently discussed problems and issues since it relates to development trends in societies and enterprises. It is important to note that we should see Knowledge Management not only as a trend but also as a systematic possibility of company perfection in the conditions of global competition. The basic economical resources are not only materials, natural resources or labour, but, first and foremost- people. Companies should understand that the greatest wealth that they have at their disposal is in the qualities, knowledge and intelligence of their people. The main aim of this paper is to refer to the qualitative and quantitative research made into Czech business companies in the year of 2010. Within the overall framework of this research study, we shall identify the knowledge workers attitude to the education and its connection to a knowledge workers soft skill which are usable in the working practice of Czech business companies. In the article's conclusion, practical suggestions are made for the application of specific education methods for knowledge workers in Czech business companies. en
