dc.description.abstract Polyamidoaminové dendrimery byly modifikovány metylmerkaproacetátem. Získaný thiolem modifikovaný polyamidoamin byl charakterizován pomocí FTIR, Ramanovy spektroskopie, NMR analýzy a UV-VIS spektroskopie. Bylo zjištěno, že modifikací bylo dosaženo velmi dobré disperzity a stability nanokoloidního systému. cs
dc.description.abstract Poly(amidoamine) dendrimers were modified with methyl-mercaptoacetate. Obtained thiol - modified poly (amidoamine) was characterized by using FTIR, Raman spectrometry, NMR analysis and UV-VIS spectroscopy. The results show that the modified nanokoloid system has good disoersity as well as stability. en
