SMEs stakeholders' needs on valuation and financial reporting

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této studie je identifikovat potřeby uživatelů vznikajících ekonomik v rámci evropského prostoru s přihlédnutím zejména v těchto oblastech, kde existuje jen málo takových analýz. Dále se zde diskutuje o vlivu potřeb uživatelů na regulaci účetního výkaznictví, koncepční rámec, odpovídající vykazování, oceňování a požadavky na zveřejňování.

The main objective of this study is to identify and rank the users and their needs within the European area and for emergent economies, taking into consideration that, especially in these areas, there are few such analyses. There is also discussed the impact of users needs upon the financial reporting regulations, conceptual framework, adequate recognition, valuation and disclosure criteria.
