dc.description.abstract This paper presents the result of the "Ensemble of Strategies and Perturbation Parameter in Self-organizing Migrating Algorithm" (ESP-SOMA) on CEC 2019 100-Digit Challenge. This algorithm reached score around 52 out of maximum 100 with only a few parameters to set. ESP-SOMA has manifested notable potential in this demanding challenge. © 2019 IEEE. en
