dc.description.abstract Information systems have become an essential part of our lives. They affect all areas as well as healthcare. The hospital uses an information system for their management. These information systems have many modules that can handle different situations in the hospital. These situations can be in the normal mode, but also in crisis mode. This information system is focused on communication inside the hospital. The aim of the article is to analyze the selected information system of the hospital. A heuristic usability analysis was used to evaluate the information system. Finally, a new module for these information systems will be recommended. © 2018 IEEE. en
