dc.description.abstract	The goal of this theoretical study is the improvement of the techniques of determining electromagnetic permittivity. However, it may be developed and applied for the reconstruction of other parameters. The work is aimed at the preliminary design and implementation of a system solving inverse problem of reconstruction permittivities of materials consisting of several dielectric layers based on real measurements of the transmission and reflection coefficients in free space. © 2015 IEEE.	en
