Pojetí informační podpory řízení

Abstract

V kapitole je zdůrazněna role informací v procesu řízení. Zdůrazňuje se především dynamické pojetí informační podpory, které ji definuje jako proces, který informačně podporuje procesy velení a řízení. V kapitole jsou rozebrány jednotlivé funkce managementu a jejich informační náročnost. V závěru jsou diskutovány uživatelské služby a jejich použití k zajištění informační podpory.

The chapter highlights the role of information in the management process. It emphasizes particulary the dynamic concept of information support, which defines it as a process that supports by informational processes of command and control. This chapter discussed the various management functions and their information requirements. The user services and their use to ensure information support are discussed in the end of chapter.
