Srovnání českého a anglosaského bezpečnostního pojmosloví

Abstract

Základ každé teorie tvoří pojmy, které popisují jednotlivé prvky teorie a jejich vzájemné vztahy. S každým pojmem je v naší mysli spojena představa, tvořící jeho mentální reprezentaci. Tato reprezentace má charakter slovní, grafický, schématický, obrazový atd. Pojmy vznikají, dojde-li k potřebě vyjádřit či popsat nově vzniklý jev, prvek, problém atd. Pro porozumění oboru je přínosné, známe-li, kdy jednotlivé pojmy vznikly a z čeho jsou odvozeny. Cílem této kapitoly je osvětlení evoluce i obsahu základních českých pojmů z oblasti bezpečnosti a srovnání jejich významu s anglosaským bezpečnostním pojmoslovím.

The basis of any theory consists of terms that describe the individual elements of the theory and their interrelationships. Each term is associated in our minds the idea of creating the mental representation. This representation has the character of verbal, graphic, diagrammatic, pictorial, etc. The terms arise if there is the need to express or describe the newly established phenomenon, element, etc. To understand the problem domain is beneficial if we know where individual terms were created and what are derived. The aim of this chapter is to light the evolution and content of Czech basic concepts of safety and comparison of their importance to safety Anglo-Saxon terminology.
