dc.description.abstract	Investment is considered as a dominant factor in the growth of enterprise performance. Without investment in times of crisis cannot particularly expect the growth in value added and competitiveness of enterprises. The paper presents the impact of investment on labour productivity growth, as well as formulation of selected measures for investment and growth in the overall prosperity of the wood processing industry in Slovakia.	en
