dc.description.abstract The paper deals with the modeling, identification and control of belt rewinding machine in the laboratory. The rewinding machine is connected via terminal board and technological card to PC. The measurements and control were realized in the MathWorks MATLAB and Humusoft Real-time toolbox. Firstly, the necessary measurements, such as responses, were done. According to these measurements, the model of the system was established. The control of the model was verified by simulation in MATLAB using simple nonlinear controller. Finally, this controller was used for real-time control of rewinding machine in MATLAB with its extension, Real-time toolbox. en
