dc.description.abstract This article is focused on the creation of a tool for customization of security measures. The aim is to develop the tool which helps for a decision about the security measures. We build on the results of the project VI20172019073 'Identification and methods of protection of Czech Soft targets against violent acts with an elaboration of a warning system In our research, we use the result from the mentioned project for the decision support for the protection of cultural events. In the first part of this article, we describe the Soft targets, and we define this term. In the other section, we present the results from our database of terrorist and other violent attacks. The statistics show the violent attacks (include terrorist attacks) are a large problem nowadays. The most important section is about our tool for the decision about the implementation of the security measures. © 2020 AISTI. en
