dc.description.abstract The theme of the anticipated contribution is to analyze the current situation and possibilities of the Czech Republic as an EU member to deal with it. The aim is to consider ways to address the current situation in the migration of people whose countries are mired in armed conflict to achieve the level of civil war. EU reasons stated above, is looking for ways to prevent uncontrolled migration to the EU countries and the Czech Republic is no exception. Large proportion of migrants come from countries where they operate, either directly or through terrorist cells Islamic state whose goal is the destabilization of social systems in developed countries and visibility of Islam, especially the involvement of some ingrained habits both in everyday life and especially in the application of Sharia law.
