dc.description.abstract The article deals with the planning and implementation of material transport. The quantity of transported material increases year after year. The article focuses on the issue of responsiveness to the crisis situation at the planning stage or during the transport process. Crisis or emergencies are common every day in road transport. Solutions and opportunities to respond to these events are inadequate. The proposed tool makes a static planning a dynamically controlled transport process. © 2019 Association for Computing Machinery. en
