dc.description.abstract Structure, morphology and mechanical properties of uniaxially oriented in the solid state and subsequently annealed isotactic polypropylene sheets were examined by X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and mechanical testing. The sheet structure and morphology showed parallel fibrils with orientation degree, crystal size, crystallinity, melting temperature and mechanical properties depending on draw ratio and annealing temperature. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. en
