dc.description.abstract The paper contains a system definition of a model creation and a modelling of a real system S. As a transformation of the system S to a model M and expressing an appropriate part of the system S as a cybernetic system KS and a corresponding model KM of cybernetic system. The corresponding modelling on models M and KM is specified in the new concept of cyberspace. On models M and KM in this paper we express limit states of the system. We define the limit states of risks and their possible control in the system S. The expression of the system S considering feedbacks leads to cybernetic view on the model. This new systemic view enables to understand the target behaviour while meeting appropriate strategies as self learning organization. A model and modelling of self learning organization can express a new view on limit states of a system and thus expressing risks of the system S and show basic option of modelling risks in possible and anticipated limit situations of system S. In this models M and KM, we define a possible structure of a virtual organization and risk management in limit situations. en
