dc.description.abstract	Before implementing Knowledge Management (KM) into organizations it is necessary to understand its content, objectives, possibilities, tools, procedures and risks. Therefore the KM has become an object of research; it is expressed in taxonomies and ontology. The authors of the article are members of a research team of the ?ACR NEC Knowledge Management System? - (MENTAL) project. The results achieved are described, the functions of the system and their support by the use of technology are specified, and the process of ontology creation is stated.	en
