dc.description.abstract | The publication will be made an attempt to identify the deeper internal variables of the teaching profession, on which it can rely simultaneous search requests profession in relation to professional standards in the Czech Republic. It should be a contribution to the development pedeutology, ie. Should contribute the development of the theory of the teaching profession in the field of teacher professional self, which is the basis pedagogical practice in the field of self-regulation and self-evaluation. We will build on our theoretical basis and research findings which were published previously (2003, 2006, 2009), and expand it the trends that can be self-concept to individual questions teachers feel in the presence of a suspect for the immediate future. The main aim of this publication is to provide incentives for self-development teachers, teacher students and those interested in the teaching of other disciplines. Sub-objectives for the individual Quality self in teaching will be discussed in detail in the various chapters of the publication. | en |
