dc.description.abstract The paper highlights the problem of mathematical modelling and the subsequent simulation of the complex logistic manufacturing system with regeneration of tools. The system itself consists of identical parallel manufacturing subsystems in which there is a certain number of production stands arranged in a series. Each stand can carry out an operation on the specific order with the use of a dedicated tool. Tools can be regenerated a limited number of times only. Heuristic algorithms are implemented in order to control the choice of the order or the choice of the required stands in the discussed manufacturing system. Manufacturing criteria are used to evaluate implemented control algorithms. The simulator which was created for the purpose of this work is used for obtaining certain result data which is subsequently analysed thoroughly in order to evaluate the simulation case study. en
