dc.description.abstract In this paper a design and construction of a simple duplex intercom for a fire brigade truck is introduced. The device has been built and tested. It allows the officer in charge, sitting on the front seat, to communicate with the crew located at the back side of the truck. Moreover, the intercom is accommodated in that way there was a possibility to reproduce the output of the radio receiving set or wireless transmitter, being situated in the cabin of the officer in charge, in the crew cabin.
