But the cluster management is promoted to the level of cooperation of many organisations. Therefore, the cluster manager has to create the credible and professional environment, where they interface competition with cooperation and common purpose. Interdependence, cooperation, competitiveness, stability, innovation, technology and infrastructure. These are links between the business sector and the establishment of cluster organisations. These benefits are the engine for sustainable regional development.
