Abstrakt: | Identification of extraordinary talent is a long term process. It is needed to use multidisciplinary attitudes from subjectsof psychology, pedagogy, psycho-pedagogy and laical approaches too. The complex diagnose is composed of many different points. Observation of pupils during their school activities, analysesof results of their work and pupils' portfolio, evaluation of their tests and tasks, and interviews with pupils themselves and their parents. This contribution is concerning to importance of pedagogical competencies of teachers and concretelyof diagnostic competence, needed for quality work with talented pupils. |
