<description>A Fuzzy Model For Evaluating The Level Of Tourist Movement To Infrastructure And Accessibility In The Regions
Gavurová, Beáta; Polishchuk, Volodymyr; Polishchuk, Inna
The issue of forecasting demand and researching its dimensions, including tourism infrastructure, has not yet been sufficiently explored. From the available studies, it can be concluded that the traditional theories of demand in tourism and the various model approaches are applied for its investigation. Therefore, a sufficient space is created for the improvement of techniques, approaches, methods, and tools that enable obtaining new outcomes for the decision-making processes and for the construction of policies. The main goal of this study was to develop a fuzzy model for evaluating the level of tourist movement to infrastructure and accessibility in the regions of the V4 countries, based on travel satisfaction relative to the expected and actual experience of participants in the tourist movement. For the first time, a model offuzu logical inference of level of travel satisfaction relative to expected and actual experience from infrastructure and accessibility is developed. The research results were tested, and the developed model was verified on real data from 2,343 participants of the tourist movement for the regions of the V4 countries. The effective policies and the efficient decision-making processes are one of the most important ways to eliminate the regional disparities and discrepancies impacting the economic, health, social, and environmental fields of each country.

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of 100 relevant research publications on performance management systems (PMS) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) adoption from 2004 to 2024. While conducting the analysis, publication trends, influential authors, citations, and keywords are all taken into consideration in order to uncover the intellectual structure and development of the field. It is clear from the findings that the BSC continues to be an essential instrument for coordinating strategic goals with operational procedures. This is demonstrated by the fact that it is frequently mentioned and holds a central position in the research literature. Emerging topics such as sustainability, business intelligence, and technological integration are examples of how the focus on contemporary challenges is shifting along with the times. On the other hand, the study identifies research gaps, particularly in the areas of applications for the public sector and the incorporation of advanced digital tools.

Inclusivity has become a key principle shaping the development of art museums and galleries worldwide. While efforts have been made to make cultural heritage accessible to diverse audiences, these institutions continue to face challenges in adapting communication and environments for individuals with specific learning disorders. This study examines the perceptions of Generation Z visitors, with a particular focus on those with learning differences such as dyslexia. Combining semi-structured interviews and eye-tracking research, it analyzes digital communication channels, gallery spaces, and visitor decision-making in the Czech and Slovak context. The findings highlight barriers related to text readability, spatial orientation, and digital design, alongside examples of inclusive practices from international institutions. The article outlines current limits and opportunities for inclusive communication and offers recommendations for enhancing accessibility in art museums and galleries, relevant not only for visitors with specific learning disorders but also for wider audiences. © (2025), (Musicologica Brunensia). Introduction &amp; Purpose: The aim of this study is to analyse the relationships between professional personal competencies, organisational agility, job satisfaction, and organisational citizenship behaviour in work teams, as these factors can influence organisational performance and competitiveness.
Methodology: The cross-sectional study included a sample of 25 teams (N = 135) from various economic sectors in Slovakia. We conducted multilevel correlation and regression analyses, factor analyses, and structural modelling.
Results: The multilevel correlation analysis showed positive correlations with job satisfaction for all scales of the Bochum Inventory of Personality (ranging from 0.097 to 0.406), 10 of which were statistically significant. The results indicate that job competencies predict job satisfaction, and that job satisfaction correlates positively with employees' organisational citizenship behaviour. However, the moderating effect of organisational agility on the relationship between job competencies and job satisfaction could not be demonstrated. We found a statistically significant positive relationship between the maturity level of agility and job satisfaction. We discuss possible causes, highlight the limitations, and suggest implications.
Conclusion: Appropriate professional skills and a people-centred approach are key to long-term success in a competitive environment and, along with organisational agility, can contribute to employee job satisfaction.
