dc.description.abstract	Using a sample of 650 listed firms on the Vietnamese stock exchange over the period 2008 to 2015, we examine the factors affect the cash holding. The results find out leverage, cash flow and bank to debt ratio has a negative impact on cash holding while growth, profitability and size influence positive on cash holding. The findings have implications of cash management in the firms.	en
