dc.description.abstract This article deals with the possibilities of modeling and simulation in terms of crisis management. The first part deals with simulations and modeling in the form of realized trainings of Integrated Rescue System (IRS) and crisis management (CM). It is focused on the most important aspects of modeling and simulation in CM conditions. In the following part, we are evaluating the selected SW modeling and simulation from the point of view of their possibilities nd suitability for relation to CM. Based on expert consultation; tasks are defined that the SW should manage. In the last part, using the knowledge from the previous parts, the possible development in the area of SW modeling and simulation in CM is identified. © 2018 Institut za Istrazivanja.
