University Education for the Protection of Population in the Czech Republic

Abstract

Most European countries including the Czech Republic is aware of a number of defined and gradually emerging threats of the 21st century, and these negative circumstances, the system adapts to protect the population in both punitive and preventive in the sphere. This requires, among other systemic and conceptual approach to education of persons in the individual elements of the system protect the population, hence the IRS. The purpose of the paper is to provide information about the state of education in protecting the population in the Czech Republic in the tertiary sector of education.

Болшинству европейских стран, включая Чешскую Республику известен ряд четко определенных угроз, но и постепенно возникающие угрозы 21-го века, и эти негативные обстоятелства системы защиты населения регулируются как в репрессивной, так и в профилактической сфере. Это требует, помимо системного и концептуалный подход к образованию лиц в отделных компонентах защиты населения, следователно, Комплексная система Rescue. Целю данного документа является предоставление информации о состоянии образования в области защиты населения в Чешской Республике в сфере высшего образования.
