dc.description.abstract The main aim of this contribution was to answer the questions connected with the issue of concern business strategy. Mainly with their influence on functioning of individual subsidiary companies in the interaction with macroeconomic surrounding not only during the global cirsis. The investigation was based on the development of performance indicator values of subsidiary companies, concern as the whole and chosen macro indicators when looking for their reciprocal dependency in the period mainly connected with financial and economic crisis. In the contribution an elementary analysis of time line characteristics of chosen Key Performance Indicators (Result Indicators) was carried out mainly with the emphasis on profit and earning indicators. With the help of regress and correlation analysis there was further researched the relationships among chosen indicators of company performance reciprocally with all companies, concern as the whole and chosen macro-indicator representing development of the concern biggest markets. For the following calculation of tested criteria Cohen's Coefficient was used to be able to asses the effect of the group on the value variability of studied random quantity. en
