dc.description.abstract	This contribution deals with some critical issues of cluster performance management. The first topic discussed is the use of clusters as a tool for increasing the performance of companies and regions in the conditions of globalization. Secondly, critical factors of cluster performance management based on results obtained from surveys and structured interviews of managers of selected plastics clusters from USA, West and Central Europe are identified.	en
