Recommendation for successful development of clusters in the Czech Republic

Abstract

This paper deals with the issue of regional clusters, the rapid development of which can be currently noticed not only in the Czech Republic, but also on European and global scale. The objective of the paper is, on the basis of identification of factors influencing successful development of clusters, to define recommendation for clusters' management. The recommendations are divided into three key areas: functioning networking, quality cluster management and provision of financial resources. The mentioned recommendations are specified on the basis of extensive research of clusters in the Czech Republic and abroad and studies elaborated with reference to this topic.
